I'm a big fan of Papercut Art in general and Tina Tarnoff's designs are some of the cutest I've seen in this domain.

She also makes prints of her designs and turns them into some of the most adorable gift cards, small prints, brooches, earrings, and necklaces. Perfect little gifts or additions to the house. My favourite is the 'Autumn Kiss' design closely followed by the 'Peter Pan'. How gorgeous would that one be in a kid's bedroom?
